Zack Of All Trades LLC. is solely owned and operated by, me, Zack Fennell. I formed this company in June of 2010 and have set out to be the best computer technician or computer consultant the Grand Valley has seen. I have been servicing computers in the Grand Junction area for over 7 years now, and I plan on bringing great service to the rest of Mesa County and surrounding areas for years to come.

I started working on computers back when I was just a little over 10 years old. I was fascinated at how a machine could do so many wonderful things and be contained in a simple box with some screws. My curiosity got the best of me and I took every piece of my old Hewlett-Packard apart, studied the parts carefully, put it back together, hit the power button and bingo! I knew immediately, even at a young age, this skill would come in handy. The next 11 years I worked on building my knowledge base of computers, hardware and software related, to the point where I am today.

I have been employed by various companies for my knowledge, but after years of working for someone else and not seeing the fruits of my labors, I decided to form Zack Of All Trades LLC.. Some of these companies include Alpine Computer Solutions, Circuit City, and Munro Companies. At each of these jobs I was a computer technician, and sometimes more, which all required me to perform industry related task such as; virus and maleware removal, networking, data backups, web design, product photography, and troubleshooting with customers or clients on a daily basis.

My main goal is not only to find a solution to your problems, but also give you the knowledge you need to not run into the same problem again. In my experience, I have noticed that most computer techs don't care about educating their clients. All they do is take your computer to a separate room where you aren't allowed, call you two days later and tell you that you need to buy a new one, or pay some ridiculous service fee for them to fix it. Zack Of All Trades LLC. is committed to being different from the rest by educating clients and not "magically" fixing things behind a curtain. Communication is key! I will go through the troubleshooting process with you, using terms you can understand, so you and that computer or other device of yours can finally get along.
